Analyzing user engagement through the context of a sitemap. Created during a heuristic evaluation to help direct a sitewide redesign. Serving as a UX deliverable that breaks down the entire structure of the existing framework alongside quarterly analytics outlining most visited pages.
This visual model was circulated around the engineering and product department before a sitewide redesign that would involve the entire engineering , product , marketing department and outside design agencies. These findings narrowed which pages were redundant and could be consolidated with others, in addition to which pages were top priority to internal and external users that would need to be prioritized in planning and scoping the redesign.
